It's been a while since we had Steiner's @nycoffeecake and I forget how good it is! These individual coffee cakes come in 3 flavors - original, chocolate and raspberry and they're all gluten-free and nut free. It's super easy dessert for 1 or for when you have guests - just keep them in the freezer and pop in the microwave. They also have delicious fudge brownies and ginger snaps. They'd make a perfect holiday gift for a gluten-free friend or family member - or treat yourself!

Our Daughter Is Raving

So...Package just arrived out here in LA, my daughter is absolutely raving! She like so many others her and her mom learning and "adapting" to gluten free living...she is ecstatic that it tastes not only like coffee cake but the best coffee cake! She can't wait to try the flour! ...Thanks for the shipment and goodies...keep rock'in out there!

Yummmy - Get This Flour!

May very well be one of the best cakes I have ever made. AND it's gluten free. Made with @nycoffeecake gf flour. 1:1 Apple Cider Donut Cake. Seriously - just switched out the gf mix for AP flour and followed the recipe to perfection - remembering to prep the Bundt pan with olive oil and gf dusting. Almost forgot that.!!! This is feeding a group of high schoolers tonight. Those who need GF, but I'll betcha they all want this cake!!! Yuuuummmmmy!! Get this flour!!!! Fluffy Flour

This is the best gluten free flour we've tried. In pancakes, you do not notice the difference at all. They are fluffy and hold together very well. In the package recipe, plan to use a bit mroe than wheat flour as it tends to be too liquidy if not. ...

GF Banana Blueberry Cake

Hi Jennifer - thank you so much for sending out the replacement flour so quickly! That was so nice of you and thank you for your note. I immediately put the flour to work in my new Nordic Ware pan for Chanukah - I made GF banana blueberry cake and it came out fantastic.

P.S. the coffee cakes (raspberry) are delicious!
